I joined the Team in 2001 as an originator. However, based on my prior years' experience as an owner of my own mortgage firm and owner of a four-state master franchise for ERA real estate, I was given opportunity in 2003 to be a regional manager/recruiter. It is with personal and professional pleasure I have the daily opportunity to share the economic and service benefits available to Loan Officers not want to be wanting to be micromanaged but who do want great service, lender resources, processing and commission splits. I am proud to be part of a staff recognized nationwide for its "First In Service to Loan Officers" business philosophy.
