Born and raised in California and a resident of Santa Cruz County since 1975. Graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Marketing and Economics. As a Financial Planner, Realtor® and Mortgage Broker I bring a trifecta of knowledge to my clients. I have been with my broker-dealer Money Concepts Capital Corp. since 1993 and licensed in Real Estate since 2002. Helping clients with their Real Estate and Mortgage needs, while analyzing the big picture of their total financial goals brings better solutions. As a Financial Planner & Wealth Manager with Rovai Wealth Management, I help guide Real Estate investors to maximize their cash flow and manage capital gains through a successful 1031 exchange.
