Leveraging over three decades of experience, I specialize in strategic, client-focused mortgage planning. As one of fewer than 250 nationally Certified Reverse Mortgage Professionals (CRMPs), I’m deeply committed to helping older homeowners unlock the power of their housing wealth. The reverse mortgage program—officially known as the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM)—was authorized by Congress in 1987 and signed into law by President Reagan in 1988. It’s a federally insured mortgage benefit for eligible seniors, much like the VA loan program is for veterans. When used strategically, HECMs make monthly mortgage payments optional and can provide tax-free income or a growing credit line—all while keeping clients in their homes.

My commitment to ethical practice, continuing education, and client advocacy is the backbone of my work. I maintain a robust network of lending partners and referral-based professionals who share a mission: to empower clients with the best options—not just the fastest ones.

Off the clock, you’ll find me exploring new cultures, sipping wine with my best girlfriend (our next stop: South America), or saying yes to every chance I get to spend time with my grandson.
