About Me
With over four years of experience in home lending, Dan is passionate about helping families navigate the path to homeownership—especially first-time buyers and those facing complex financial scenarios. Whether working with self-employed borrowers, investors, or clients with unique challenges, Dan enjoys finding tailored solutions that bring clarity and peace of mind.
Before stepping into the world of home finance, he spent 26 years coaching college basketball, a journey that shaped his leadership style and problem-solving approach. In 2021, he and his wife Cindy moved to Idaho, where he continued coaching high school boys basketball until his retirement from coaching in 2024. That same heart for mentorship now fuels his work with Fulcrum Home Loans and a Christian ministry that serves families impacted by disability—a cause that is deeply personal to their family.
Dan and Cindy have been married for over 27 years and are proud parents of two daughters—one living in Boise and the other in Spokane with her husband. Dan finds joy in outdoor adventures, church involvement, serving through disability ministry, and supporting his family in whatever way is needed.
