About Me

I have been involved in the real estate industry since 1988, beginning with property
management and Real Estate sales. I moved to Southern California and began working in the Residential
Mortgage and Real Estate Brokerage fields in 1992 and opened my own Brokerage firm in 2000. I began a
development company building spec homes in the Palm Springs area in 2001 and have
completed approximately 47 homes to date. In 1995 I began flipping properties in Southern
California and have purchased, fixed, and sold approximately 140 homes. I also have experience in selling and leasing Commercial Real Estate and residential development projects.
My speaciaties are in: Residential Real Estate Listings and Mortgages, Sales, Development, Investment Properties, Commercial Real Estate, and Property Management.
