About Me
I have been a resident of Vero Beach, Florida since July of 1973, when my family moved from Glenview, Illinois. I graduated from Vero Beach High School in 1976, the University of Florida with a B.S.B.A in 1980, and the Roy E. Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College with an M.B.A. in 1983. Upon returning to Vero Beach with my wife Jenae, a Vero Beach native, I went into the field of banking. I found that I enjoyed the residential mortgage lending side of banking and decided to concentrate in that area. As of June 20, 2025 I will have over 42 years in banking/lending with over 36 years of those years in residential mortgage lending. First-time homebuyers to experienced real estate buyers can benefit from my extensive knowledge of residential mortgage lending in the State of Florida. My mission is to provide "concierge" level service to every borrower. As an independent contractor with C2 Financial I have the ability to shop from approximately 120 lenders across the nation to find the most competitive interest rates, lender's fees, or to find the loan program that fits the individual borrower. Indian River County (which consists of Vero Beach, Sebastian, Indian River Shores, Orchid, Fellsmere, and Wabasso) is my main market. However, I am licensed to provide mortgage financing throughout the State of Florida and have consistently done so during my career.
