THIS IS WHO I AM: Since 1991 my team and I have been showing clients how to make SMART MORTGAGE and real estate decisions. We are Generational Lending Experts - From First Time buyers through advanced retirement planning strategies involving Reverse Mortgages.
WHO: Our clients are typically couples and families looking to buy real estate OR families that own real estate who may be able to benefit from integrating mortgage planning into their financial goals and plans.
WHERE: All over California!
HOW: We tend to do a lot of hand-holding and education on how different mortgages strategies work - and teach on how simple decisions about their home, mortgage and debt have both a short term and long term impact on finances!
WHY: Because I am a numbers geek and I have seen and made most of the mistakes that people tend to make. I really enjoy understanding what is important to people and helping them see how to get there!
HOW DO WE HELP OUR PARTNERS: Other than taking care of clients and ensuring successful and smooth closings, we are focused on working with our partners, supporting them in Priority Management, marketing, strategic planning and even accountability and coaching!
We are Generational Lending Experts - this does not mean we offer loans for anyone and everyone but we tend to focus on Strategic Planning for the folks who need these types of loans:

- HECM and Jumbo Reverse Mortgages
- Alternative Options for Self-Employed Borrowers
