Luis Aguiar is a licensed mortgage broker and real estate professional with a strong foundation in finance, operations, and client advocacy. With years of experience across residential lending and real estate transactions, Luis brings a strategic, consultative approach to every loan he structures.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from California State University, Northridge, Luis approaches lending with a deep understanding of numbers, risk, and long-term financial impact. He is known for his ability to see beyond the rate—evaluating the full picture to align loan structure with each client’s goals, timeline, and future plans. Luis works extensively with first-time homebuyers, repeat buyers, and sellers, guiding them through the process with clarity, transparency, and proactive communication.
