About Me
Percy is a 37+ year veteran of the mortgage business and has been involved in educating the public of “Aging in Place” and the option of a reverse mortgage for the last 23+ years to the senior population, legal and financial professionals. He is a Reverse Mortgage Specialist with C2 Financial, one of Hawaii’s largest mortgage brokers in Hawaii.
Percy Ihara also is the former publisher/editor of the awarding winning Generations Magazine, Hawaii's only a print media resource magazine catering to Hawaii’s seniors and highlighting programs and services, serving our community. Generations Magazine is a multiple media platform of a print magazine, radio show podcasts, webinars, and resource website where all this can be found.
He is involved with the Financial Planners Association of Hawaii, Hawaii National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Hawaii Pacific Gerontological Society and a member of Kupuna Caucus and AARP.
