My background isn't typical for a mortgage advisor. I started in real estate in 2006 and have spent nearly two decades working across every side of a transaction — as a licensed California Real Estate Broker, compliance auditor, transaction coordinator, and licensed financial planner (Series 7 & 63). I understand what realtors need, what buyers fear, and what it takes to close cleanly.

I specialize in conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, and non-QM lending — including bank statement loans, asset utilization, DSCR, and medical professional programs — because not every borrower fits a standard box, and they shouldn't have to.
