As both an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator and licensed Real Estate Broker, I bring a perspective that extends beyond the loan itself. I understand the purchase contract, property valuation, negotiations, financing contingencies, appraisal, underwriting, investment considerations and the many moving parts required to successfully reach closing.
